Skills and Accomplishments
Serve as executive pastor to approximately 20 paid staff positions. Serve as Chief Financial Officer for $17 million dollars of assets and $2.2 million dollar annual budget. Coordinate and delegate responsibilities for the financial and property management divisions of the church. Plan and promote annual budget and stewardship emphasis. Preach for Sunday night worship and on Sunday mornings as assigned by the Pastor. Develop materials and teach a new members class. Teach a Bible study class specifically for men. Share responsibility for pastoral care as well as missions strategy development and implementation.

Skill and Accomplishments
Supervised ministry staff and coordinated the work for the financial and property management divisions. Coordinated the planning, funding, and construction for three building phases totaling $5.2 million. Managed a ministry budget which grew from $900,000 in 1992 to over $1.8 million for the year 2000. Managed the total financial enterprise (in excess of $3 million in 1999) including multiple bank accounts, investments, and property acquisition. Led over 300 participants in Experiencing God over a seven year period. Participated in worship through preaching, teaching, intercessory prayer, and baptism. Served alongside the pastor in fulfilling the congregation's pastoral care needs. Taught and served as team leader for FAITH (a Sunday School Evangelism Strategy). Served the Denton Baptist Association as Prayer Coordinator and as Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Planned, coordinated, and implemented outreach ministries in both communities. Sought to evangelize and congregationalize residents in both areas through Bible Studies, community-wide activities, and personal contacts.

Preached and planned worship for three services per week. Developed special outreach events. Planned and managed a $65,000 annual ministry budget. Rebuilt the core group three out of the four years because of the transient nature of the population in the area. Led the church in special giving emphases. Led the church to be fully self-supporting after receiving NAMB support for over eleven years. Average professions of faith per year of ten. Served on DOM search committee for the High Country Association. Served as a member of the Executive Board for the Colorado Baptist General Convention. Coordinated annual Youth Discipleship Training Event for the Colorado Baptist General Convention.
